Dear human being,

I’ve spent the last 16 years managing projects for some of the world’s most known brands, both agency and client side.

I believe that clear and open communication is the key to successful delivery. Whenever starting a new project I always start with one question: What are your expectations? I believe defining our expectations (in terms of scope as well as how we are going to communicate) really helps build a strong foundation for any working relationship.

My main experience is from Production/Project Management in the Digital and Advertising industry, this includes managing web build, digital campaigns, and OOH and TV/OLV production management.

The last two years my focus has been:

– Creating in-house processes (client side)

– Procurement/Service buying (media/production companies)
