I am especially interested in how sustainability is influencing employees, customers- and society’s expectations to companies and what it means in the context of leadership and customer experience.
My purpose is to: Learn and inspire organisations, leaders and people to make consumption sustainable through sustainable leadership and customer experience.
I have deep insights in sustainability in the context of marketing practices and customer experience strategies. Furthermore I do reasearch on how to drive Sustainable Consumption, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.
I have worked 8 years in the financial sector in three major Danish banks. I have worked with both private and business customers in banking and pension. I have gained expertise in formulating sustainable customer experience strategies, identify and drive improvements in products, services and processes by combining human insights with relevant business insights. I have deep knowledge of Change Management and how this toolbox can be used to create a sustainable culture and hereby make consumption sustainable by creating sustainable customer experiences that drives emplo
